Q: Do you offer bulk subscriptions to Neue Quarterly?
A: Yes. Contact Rachel Gittens | rachel@neueministry.com for special bulk rates on Neue Quarterly subscriptions.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Contact Rachel Gittens | rachel@neueministry.com with your address, and she’ll give you shipping options. Shipping internationally will cost more than shipping within the U.S.
Q: Can I pay monthly?
A: Currently we do not have the option for reoccurring billing. However, if you ever want to cancel your subscription for any reason, we will refund your money for quarterly editions or resource kit not yet mailed.
Q: Can I pay per resource kit?
A: Currently we do not have the option to purchase individual resource kits. However, if you ever want to cancel your subscription for any reason, we will refund your money for the boxes not yet sent.
Q: What is in the box exactly?
A: Resources vary in each box, but each resource kit contains a copy of Neue Quarterly, books, CDs, DVDs and other resources you can implement in your ministry.
Q: When does the box ship out?
A: We ship the boxes quarterly (every third month) on the first day of that month.
Q: How can I get my product included in the Neue Resource box?
A: Email Brian Orme, the managing editor of Neue, about your product. Everything is hand-selected, but we're always looking for great products. And, yes, we include products from independent authors and musicians.
